Good place. stayed only one night be enjoyed it fully. was close to the center. parking is ok, the places for hotel are not perfectly marked specially the private parking places are marked only in German for a hotel with international clients could be in English. the gate is pretty narrow so be careful. breakfast was very tasty and good choice. room was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. only I could not figure out the AC controls and I am very technical person. recommend

First i called the reception about more information about booking a room. I spook english, the lady behind the line didnt. She kept laughing with another college and didnt talk back to me. It was ridicolous. Is that 4 star hotel reception worker? Embarrisement on so many level. Hoewer online we did book a room because we needed to stay overnight somewhere. The apartement was nice and clean. But no minibar thee and coffee or Basic water available. Roomservice and food was good. Next day we check out my husband didnt get a Bill from the hotel and afterwards they charged us with 100 euro from our creditcard because the room was too dirty? Sound like a scam. For us is the last time here. Update on reaction of the hotel: We have a small child and we did not left the room in unacceptable condition. There were some omlett on the carpet but we did not eat chips at all. You didnt reach me out for personally discussing but I would like to. 100 euro is still very unfair to charge. And lissen back your conversations because I did call reception and the young girl told me she speaks a little english which she didnt and ask me to call back so that I can talk to her college. Anyway as your reaction shows you are not willing to take a critics and Handel the situation correctly. That shows enough i think.
